Side by side for universal feminist solidarity!
Call to action for the “FEMINISM UNLIMITED” demonstration
March 8th, 2026, 1:00 p.m.
Schönhauser Allee/Gleimstraße intersection
The radical struggle for a life worth living for all is becoming increasingly difficult in the context of escalating social and economic crises. And yet we stand here: angry, exhausted, and determined!
For years we’ve been practicing firefighting politics: We react to budget cuts, stand against attacks on fundamental feminist rights, call out the collapse of social safety nets and misogynistic, antisemitic, racist and fascist violence. But more and more societal wildfires are breaking out and we barely have time to unite, develop solidarity-based solutions and make political demands. But we don’t just want to put out fires – We want to change the conditions. We want the good life for all!
This year, our protest on March 8th will focus on the theme of poverty with all its facets. The close and complex interweaving of patriarchy and capitalism is relevant here: These systems of domination are interconnected and must be fought simultaneously. This year we especially want to focus on those who suffer most under these conditions and are rarely heard. In doing so, we resolutely oppose the normalization of isolation and reject the narrative that everyone is individually responsible for their own social and economic status. We are convinced that only an antifascist, anticapitalist and universal feminism can bring together emancipatory struggles and offer solidarity-based answers to poverty, hatred and exclusion.
We thereby oppose selective feminism, whether based on biologistic, queerphobic, antisemitic or racist arguments, and stand together against all patriarchal oppression. For a radical left and anticapitalist feminism!
Join us in the streets on Feminist Action Day, side by side for universal feminist solidarity!
